Aroma: intense dark berry fruit and dried plum with subtle notes of herbs
Palate: rich, concentrated with dark cherry, blackberry and plum flavors
About: full bodied, balanced acidity and well integrated tannins
Whole cluster harvest and fermented separately in small lots. After pressing 70% of the wine was matured for 16 months in new American oak and the balance remained in stainless steel to preserve the bright fruit nuances. The two were blended prior to bottling.
