    Aroma:  sweet cherries and ripe raspberries

    Palate:  red currants, Italian plums and black cherries

    About:  round and soft, lighter in body, savory with a long smooth finish

    Whole cluster harvest and fermented separately in small lots. Matured  for 18 months in 100% French oak - 30% new oak, balance in 2-4 year old barrels.
