What to Expect

Next time you shop with us, please remember to log in to your account to obtain your membership benefits.

As a member you have signed up for a season – either Spring, Fall or both!

Spring Members: we contact you in April.
Fall Members: we contact you in October.

The only requirement to receive your members discount is to purchase 12 bottles (1 case) when you sign up.

Depending on when you sign-up, you don’t have to wait until April or October to enjoy the benefits of being a member. You can log-in to your account at any time to make a purchase with the requirement that the initial purchase is a full case.

You always get to choose your own wine, there is no fee and you receive 10% off your wines from the initial case and onwards.

How it works at wine club time:

You will receive a newsletter advising you that it is time to log in to your membership account and hand-pick your case of wine by the deadline date provided.

If we do not receive your order by the deadline, we will touch base again via email with a friendly reminder to purchase your wine club commitment. 

If we don’t hear from you after the second email we will send you one final friendly reminder.

It is not our intent to pester our members so after three emails with no response we will more than likely come to conclusion you are no longer interested in being a member.

On occasion you will receive newsletters noting new releases, seasonal specials and wine shop schedule information.

As a member you have the freedom to pick your wines as well as your delivery season.  Shipments are delivered Spring (April/May) and/or Fall (October/November).  

Your commitment as a member is to purchase one case (1 dozen) per year for the season(s) selected.

Email notification will be sent notifying the member that it is wine club shipment time. Members will be given a two-week period to log in to our system and place their order.  Library wines and pre-releases may be available for purchase during this time - these wines are very limited and are on a first come basis.

Members are responsible for ensuring their account information and shipping address is up-to-date at the time of purchase.  Any extra shipping charges (returns, re-routes, etc.) will be the responsibility of the member.  If you would like us to assist you with any changes please contact us.

If you are unable to receive your shipment during your selected time or if you would like to pick it up directly from the winery – not a problem.  Just contact us so we can make the necessary changes/arrangements.

Membership is for one year with automatic renewal.

Membership may be cancelled at any time.  Should you decide to cancel your membership prior to the completion of the one shipment, the member is responsible for the costs of the honored discounts received during that period.

Membership and membership benefits are non-transferable.

All members must be of legal drinking age.

We reserve the right to limit the number of members.

We are currently unable to ship outside of Canada.
