When we ship your wine - from our door to your door...
All shipments will be sent via courier using Loomis, ATS, or FedEx.
We typically ship out wine within 48 hours of receiving and packing up the order. Once the shipment has been picked up you will receive a tracking number via email – this will enable you to track your package online.
A signature, by an adult (19+ years of age) is required for all wine deliveries. We highly recommend using an office address to ensure someone is there to sign for the package as packages that contain alcohol will not be left without a signature.
When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
Any rerouting or re-delivery charges will be at the expense of the customer.
All shipments are temperature controlled in winter and summer months. Should there be a delay due to extreme weather or road conditions we will contact you.
Ground service generally takes 1-2 business days for BC, 2-3 business days for Alberta, 3-5 business days for SK & MB and 6-10 business days for the balance of Canada.
If the customer requests a more expensive shipping method, the customer pays all shipping charges, regardless of his or her wine club membership or purchase amount.
