From Our Door to Yours: Shipping Your Wine

All shipments will be dispatched via courier services such as Loomis, ATS, or FedEx. Orders are typically processed and packed within 48 hours. Upon being packed, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your package's journey online.

A signature, by an adult (19+ years of age) is required for all wine deliveries.  We highly recommend using an office address to ensure someone is there to sign for the package as packages that contain alcohol will not be left without a signature.

When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.

Any rerouting or re-delivery charges will be at the expense of the customer.

All shipments are temperature controlled in winter and summer months. Should there be a delay due to extreme weather or road conditions we will contact you.

Ground service generally takes 1-2 business days for BC, 2-3 business days for Alberta, 3-5 business days for SK & MB and 6-10 business days for the balance of Canada.

Should you request a faster shipping method, the additional charges will be incurred by the customer, regardless of wine club membership or purchase amount.

Any questions please contact us info@pentage.com

Monitoring Shipping Rates

In the past couple of years fuel costs and shipping rates have increased astronomically. A case of wine that cost us $25 within BC in 2021, can now cost up to $45 (or more).  This is an increase of up to 80% in some situations. Unfortunately, to-date we are not seeing any relief in these shipping rates.   Over the past few years, our priority has been to maintain our standards to minimize the impact of the pandemic to our customers. We are proud of what we have accomplished during these strange and challenging times, but as we step back and evaluate the shipping world going forward, the time has come for a slight increase (most regions $5/case).  The good news - we will continue to subsidize some of the shipping costs and are not passing all of these increases on to you.  We will continue monitor the rates and should we start to see lower rates from the carriers – you will also see lower rates.  Thank you for your understanding.
