I've signed up for the club – what happens now?
Any time! Your initial purchase must be a full case.
You can make a purchase when you sign up or wait until your selected season thereby fulfilling your commitment. If you are a Spring Member look for a newsletter in April. If you are a Fall Member look for a newsletter in October.
Remember to login to your account to obtain your membership discount.
Your commitment as a member is to purchase one case (1 dozen) per year for the season(s) selected. Spring | Fall | Spring & Fall.
If your initial case purchase date coincides with the season you have chosen (April/May – Spring or October/November – Fall) it can be counted as your annual commitment. We will, however, be contacting you during your selected season where you will be asked to fulfill your commitment. If you have just purchased a case prior to receiving our wine club newsletter, we ask that you simply email us to let us know.
YES! That is your only option with our wine club. Simply login to your account and choose a case of your favorites.
If you do not see (WC) noted next to the individual wines you are not logged in to your wine club account. Click here to sign in.
You can purchase wine anytime and enjoy the 10% discount. Either through our on-line shop (remember to login to your account) or come and visit us.
Most of our correspondence with our members is done through email though don't be surprised if we give you a call. Wine Club newsletters, receipts, and tracking numbers are all sent via email so please ensure that we have the correct email address.
Spring Wine Club Members look for your case selection email in April.
Fall Wine Club Members look for your case selection email in October.
In addition to the above you will, on occasion, receive newsletters noting new releases, seasonal specials and wine shop schedule information.
On occasion members will find Wine Club communication is filtered into a junk mail folder if they have moderate to high spam settings turned on. You will want to make sure that you have firstname.lastname@example.org added to your safe senders list so that the wine club communication arrives safely in your inbox!

If you wish to cancel your membership, simply email us firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 250-493-4008 and we can look after that for you.
From the Pentâge Winery home page click on ‘MY ACCOUNT' located at the top right corner of the page. On the next page you will be required to enter your email and login to gain access to your account. From there go to ‘Shop Wines’ located at the top of the page and ‘Shop Online’ from the drop down. You will know you are in the right place when you see (WC) next to the bottles you are viewing. You can proceed with ordering and enjoying the 10% discounted rates shown. OR simply click here to sign in.
Login to your account. On the right side of the page you will see a heading “WINE CLUB SHIPMENTS” the season(s) you have signed up for is/are listed below that heading.
If you wish to change your chosen season(s) simply email us email@example.com or call us at 250-493-4008 and we can make that change for you.
You can do this when you place your next order. At time of check out you can edit shipping and/or billing addresses.
Pentâge Winery does not store credit card numbers. You will be required to enter your current credit card number (or confirm your auto fill number) to complete your online purchase.
The shipping varies by province. It is $25 per dozen within BC, $35 within Alberta, $40 within SK/MB, $45 within ON/QC, $55 within NS/PEI/NB, $60 within NFLD, $110 within the Yukon, $240 within Nunavut and $210 within NWT. Pricing for additional cases (over 1 dozen) is substantially less expensive. Please visit our Shipping Details page for more information.
You sure can – we love to see our wine club members! Simply choose ‘Pick up’ when placing your order. We will contact you when your order is ready to coordinate pick-up timing. We encourage our members to pick up their order within 30 days.
We typically pack and ship out wine within 3 to 5 days during wine club shipment time. From there, ground service generally takes 1-2 business days for BC, 2-3 business days for Alberta, 3-5 business days for SK & MB and 6-10 business days for the balance of Canada.
All shipments will be sent via courier using Loomis, ATS or FedEx. In the event of inclement weather during wine club months, shipments will be temperature controlled.
Once your wine has been picked up by the courier you will receive a tracking number via email – this will enable you to track your package online.
No, a signature by an adult (19+ years of age) is required for all wine deliveries. We highly recommend using an office address to ensure someone is there to sign for the package. Re-directs or multiple attempts at delivery will incur additional delivery charges. Please ensure the shipping address is up to date on your wine club order.
Option 1 – You can choose to have your wine sent to a friend or business to hold for you by simply noting the details in the shipping address section when you place your order.
Option 2 - You can email us to request a delayed shipping time and we’ll keep your wine safe until you are back home and ready to receive it - firstname.lastname@example.org
